A Paris couple photoshoot is time together, with the city as your backdrop. Celebrate your engagement, anniversary or honeymoon, or simply make something lasting from a trip you have been looking forward to. You do not need to be getting married or feel confident in front of a camera.
I am Ralf Czogallik, the photographer behind Eppel Fotografie. My approach combines natural interaction with colourful, carefully composed portraits. I offer clear direction when it helps, then leave room for movement, laughter and the small gestures that make your relationship your own.
Where shall we take your Paris photos?
We plan a compact route around the atmosphere you love. Two well-chosen areas give us time to enjoy the session without rushing across the city.
The Eiffel Tower and the Seine
For a recognisable Paris setting, we can explore viewpoints around the Eiffel Tower and nearby stretches of the Seine. The exact meeting point depends on light, access and crowds.
The Louvre surroundings
The architecture around the Louvre offers a starting point for elegant, editorial portraits. This is an outdoor session; museum admission is not part of the shoot.
Montmartre
Consider the streets and steps of Montmartre for a more intimate city atmosphere. Bring comfortable shoes for walking between locations. We agree on the final route together before your session.
Beautiful light, with time to enjoy it
An early start can work well for softer light and a quieter experience at popular spots. Late afternoon can bring warmth and a livelier atmosphere. No time guarantees empty streets, so I keep our plan flexible.
A suggested session of around ninety minutes to two hours allows time for a relaxed walk and varied images. Your actual session length, locations and any travel between them will be confirmed in your personal proposal.
What to wear for your couple photoshoot
Wear something that feels like you and lets you move comfortably. Coordinate colours rather than matching exactly. Simple textures keep the attention on your faces, while a striking dress or tailored outfit can suit a more editorial look.
Bring comfortable walking shoes and a layer suited to the weather. Keep bags small so we can move easily. Before the session, we discuss the feeling you want your photographs to have and choose locations to match.
Your Paris photoshoot: pricing and planning
Each session receives a personal quote based on your date, photography time and travel arrangements. Your proposal clearly sets out photography, travel and any accommodation costs, the image selection and delivery details.
Send your Paris travel dates, what you are celebrating and the style you have in mind. If your dates are flexible, mention this so I can check how your session fits my travel schedule. I travel to Paris for sessions; availability is arranged in advance.

Your questions, answered
Do we need posing experience?
No. I give simple direction and use movement and interaction to create natural photographs. There is no need to memorise poses.
Can we book an engagement or anniversary session?
Yes. Tell me what you are celebrating and the atmosphere you would like, and I will tailor the proposal to your plans.
Can we include the Eiffel Tower in our photos?
We can include it in our photography plan. The exact location and timing depend on access, light and crowds.
What happens if it rains?
We discuss an alternative in advance, such as adjusting the time or route. Rescheduling depends on availability and the terms agreed for your session.
Are travel and accommodation included?
Your personal quote will state this explicitly. There is no fixed package price on this page; request a proposal for your dates.
When will we receive our photographs?
The number of images, delivery method and turnaround time are agreed in your couple-session proposal.
