At the moment we carry out a photo assignment for you or you sign up for a workshop, we may process the following data:

This information is needed to be able to send you a quote or contract. We also need this data to be able to contact you regarding the contract and ultimately for invoicing purposes. This data is therefore necessary for the (intended) execution of a contract. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract. In addition, we use this data to comply with our legal obligation, i.e. to file a tax return.
Portrait photos
In addition, during the execution of the order, we take portrait photos in which people can be recognized. These are also personal data. The taking of these photos is necessary in order to carry out the photo order.
In addition, we may include portrait photos in our portfolio, publish them on our website as a photoblog, use them in a social media ad, publish them in a product magazine, or submit them to competitions. For these publications, we request the express permission of our customer.
IP Address

Retention periods
Your data will not be kept longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was obtained. The data we use only to reply to a message you sent to us through the contact form will be deleted within 5 years after our last correspondence with you. The data required for the execution of a contract with you will be processed at least for the duration of the contract. After termination of the contract, the data will be kept for a period of 5 years and then deleted. Your IP address is stored for 2 years after your last visit to our website, after which we delete it from our systems.
