CHECK YOUR WEDDING DATE
Your people. Your celebration. Your Dubai story.
Dubai offers a striking setting, but the photographs that matter most are personal: the way you look at each other, a parent’s reaction and the friends who fill the dance floor. My approach combines documentary wedding photography with guided, editorial-style portraits. You have room to enjoy your day, while we make time for a few images with a little extra imagination.

A real wedding at Rixos The Palm Dubai
I photographed Zachary and Shadi’s celebration at Rixos The Palm Dubai, working alongside a second photographer and their videographer. Their story brings together the ceremony, the party and an after-wedding shoot the following day.
View Zachary and Shadi’s Rixos The Palm wedding for a real example of my work in Dubai. Looking at a complete story helps you picture more than the portraits: the atmosphere, family moments and the changing pace of a wedding day.

Choosing a setting for your wedding photographs
A beachfront celebration, a city backdrop or a desert setting will each give your photographs a different feeling. Start with the experience you want to share with your guests, then consider where portraits will fit into the day. A beautiful spot nearby can be more useful than a long journey to a landmark.
Beach and resort celebrations
Think about shade, the direction of the light and an indoor alternative. Keeping the ceremony, reception and portraits close together gives you more time with your guests.
City and desert portraits
Plan a dedicated session if you want to explore beyond your venue. We discuss travel time, access and the atmosphere you want before choosing a location.
For venue inspiration, browse the official Visit Dubai wedding venue guide. It includes options such as Madinat Jumeirah and Atlantis, The Palm. Confirm current arrangements directly with your chosen venue. The Visit Dubai wedding planning guide is another useful starting point.
A relaxed timeline. Space for the unexpected.
- Share the complete programme. Include preparations, ceremonies, receptions and any events on other days.
- Choose your priorities. Tell me which people, traditions and moments are especially important to you.
- Plan portraits around the light. We look at the venue, shade and available daylight together rather than fixing the session in isolation.
- Allow for movement. Leave time for travel, hotel lifts, gathering family members and a quiet moment together.
- Coordinate with your planner. Confirm photography access, timings and any venue requirements before the day.
For multicultural celebrations, a short conversation about the order and meaning of each ceremony helps me anticipate what matters. Please also share any preferences about photographing guests or publishing images so that we can agree on them in advance.
Dubai wedding photography prices and coverage
Your wedding deserves a proposal that matches your plans. The number of events, photography hours, travel arrangements and additional sessions all affect the quote. A single-day celebration and a wedding weekend need different schedules.
Send your date, venue, approximate programme and the moments you want covered. We will discuss the photography and confirm the agreed coverage, travel and accommodation in your proposal. If you are still choosing a destination, explore my destination wedding photography page for more stories and inspiration.
We can also discuss a pre-wedding or after-wedding session. Having a separate day for portraits gives you more flexibility to explore a different setting without taking time away from your wedding guests.
